1. Papers will not be included for publication if they are not registered by at least one Author by 23 June 2025.
2. Each registration covers one paper presentation. Only registered and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
3. All in-person registrations include access to all sessions, online proceedings, welcome reception, daily lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. Only presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
4. Membership ID must be provided during registration if you register as an IEEE member or IEEE Student member.
5. Only credit card payment in USD will be accepted.
6. Short course attendees will be notified by 15 July 2025 if the course is confirmed. Should the course be cancelled, full refund will be made to the attendee.
7. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by Authors.
8. For Non-Authors, there will be no refund for notice received after 23 June 2025. For notice received on or before 23 June 2025, a refund of 70% of the total payment applies.
For Online presenters/attendees:
1. For Authors who registered to attend the conference online should upload a pre-recorded video of not more than 15 mins by 31 July 2025 to EDAS after the paper acceptance. The acceptable file formats are Windows Media Video (WMV and ASF), MP4 video and QuickTime movie.
2. All online registrations will have access to the online proceedings. Only presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
3. Q&A will only be conducted at the end of each session.
4. Participants who have registered to attend the conference online will be given access to “Online Sessions” only.
